Our weekly Craft Activities Group is for anyone aged 18+ who wants to relax, make something beautiful, and meet like-minded people.

You don’t need any artistic experience. This is a space to:

  • Explore creative materials like collage, painting, and clay

  • Learn simple techniques and DIY craft skills

  • Switch off from stress and connect with your hands

  • Share time and ideas with others in a friendly group

We provide the materials — just bring yourself.

These sessions are especially helpful for:

  • Managing anxiety or low mood

  • Boosting confidence

  • Reconnecting with joy through creative making
