From our ‘Coffee Shop’ base in the Trust building, which is now the charity shop, the volunteers are working hard to offer a diverse and fun range of items for sale. Some preused of course but some nearly new and brand new items are available. These cute ornaments are very reasonable as a gift or to brighten up your space Regular visits to the shop will turn up all sorts of gems. Dont miss out come over today. Volunteers are cheery and friendly.
The knitting and crochet group is on hold for a couple more weeks. You can still pop your name down and give a no. or email address and we will let you know when it starts up again!

Coffee mornings and well being are also running weekly in our beautiful old building! Come over and say hi!
The group has been running since February and began as a crafts group. We now concentrate on knitting and crochet but the odd sewing project is also thrown in. If you want to learn how to knit or crochet or you are already a knitter who wants to join a knitting group this is the place for you. The artist tutor has many years experience in knitting and crochet and can help you with any projects you might have already, or want to start. There is free parking and the No 50 bus which stops at the door, literally!
Amongst other crochet projects the crochet blanket thats been ongoing for a while. Only the edges to complete now!

I always bring in some sort of knitting inspo. this week it was magazines but often its knitting books and the library sometimes has some gems!
